How to Increase Cervical Fluid with PCOS
- Stay hydrated: Cervical fluid is mostly water—aim for 80–100 oz daily.
- Support estrogen production: Estrogen helps build fertile-quality mucus. Seed cycling, flax, and phytoestrogen-rich foods can help.
- Use omega-3s: Foods like salmon, walnuts, or high-quality fish oil can boost fluid quality.
- Evening primrose oil (EPO): Some take EPO in the follicular phase (pre-ovulation) to support CM production.
- Limit antihistamines: These can dry out mucus—including cervical fluid.
