Hi, I’m Jacqueline.

I’m a birth & postpartum doula and gentle sleep support coach. I help families find rest without ignoring their baby’s needs.

I support families in the real hours — those late evenings when you’re exhausted and the early mornings when you’re wondering if you’re doing it right. My work blends newborn care, responsive sleep guidance, and postpartum recovery so you can rest without guilt or fear.

As a doula, I’ve been honored to walk families through birth, the first nights home, and the tender weeks that follow. As a sleep consultant, I focus on gentle rhythm-building that supports your baby’s nervous system and emotional security.

I believe rest is essential for healing — for both parents and babies. Together, we’ll create routines that bring calm and confidence back into your home.

Many families use HSA/FSA for sleep consulting

A large number of Eden & Embrace clients choose to use their HSA or FSA benefits to cover their sleep support services. Sleep coaching is often considered eligible as it supports family wellness, maternal recovery, and evidence-based infant care.

Coverage varies by provider, so I always encourage checking with your plan. I’m happy to provide **itemized invoices, superbills, and documentation** to support reimbursement.

Your Family Can Find Its Rhythm Again

Every season of babyhood brings new curveballs and new chances for rest. Whether you are in the hazy newborn weeks, navigating big milestones, or craving consistency after months of broken sleep, you do not have to figure it out alone.

Those First Weeks Home

You are learning your baby and learning yourself all over again. Together we will lay gentle foundations for sleep and recovery. You will understand cues, support day and night rhythms, and create a calmer environment so you are not wondering if you are doing something wrong every night.

Big Milestones and Transitions

Rolling, teething, growth spurts, and sudden changes can make naps disappear. We will make sense of what is normal, balance feeds and naps, and build simple rhythms that help evenings feel peaceful again instead of unpredictable and stressful.

When You Want More Consistency

Maybe you have tried everything and still feel stuck. We will refine routines, work through regressions, and help your baby settle more independently while protecting connection, comfort, and the way you want to parent.

What Families Are Saying

“We felt lost before working with Jacqueline. Our daughter would only sleep on my chest and I was barely functioning. She helped us create a plan that aligned with her temperament and gave me actual rest. Our evenings feel peaceful now and I finally feel confident instead of constantly overwhelmed.” Sarah, first-time mom
“I was nervous to ask for help because I thought sleep support meant letting my baby cry alone. Working with Jacqueline was gentle, supportive, and centered on connection. She showed us how to respond in ways that calmed our son while building healthy sleep patterns. I finally understand what he needs instead of guessing.” Rachel, mom of a five-month-old
“Recovery after my C-section was harder than I expected. I was exhausted and trying to care for a newborn at the same time. Jacqueline helped us create routines that eased the pressure on my body and supported our baby’s sleep. I felt seen and supported and our home feels calmer than it has in months.” Danielle, postpartum client
