EDEN & EMBRACE | FERTILITY SUPPORT

What We Do at Eden & Embrace

Our mission is to help you understand your cycle, hormones, and fertility signals with clear, evidence informed coaching long before you invest thousands in advanced treatment. We combine the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) with targeted labs to replace confusion with clarity and give you a step by step plan that fits your real life.

Many fertility treatments cost $10,000–$30,000+ and take months or years. Starting with FAM based coaching and a focused lab roadmap can help you advocate for yourself, identify barriers sooner, and often shorten the time to pregnancy while reducing emotional overwhelm.

Labs are facilitated through Evexia and interpreted through the lens of your charts and symptoms. Common markers include AMH, LH, FSH, estradiol, mid luteal progesterone, prolactin, total and free testosterone, DHEA-S, SHBG, thyroid panel with TSH and free T4/free T3, fasting insulin, A1C, CMP, CBC, ferritin, vitamin D 25-OH, lipid panel, and hs-CRP. Your plan is customized to your story.

Why Work With a Fertility Coach First?

Most people aren’t taught how their cycles actually work — and it’s costing them clarity, time, and emotional energy. Studies show that up to 50% of fertility issues can be traced to timing, stress, or hormonal imbalances that often go undetected. Working with a fertility coach helps you uncover patterns, interpret your body’s signals, and make evidence-informed decisions before investing in more invasive care.

Whether you're hoping to conceive naturally, preparing for IVF, or feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice online — this work offers clear next steps rooted in body literacy. By starting here, you're building a stronger foundation for whatever comes next.

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Jacqueline — a certified fertility coach, birth and postpartum doula, and the founder of Eden & Embrace. I’ve trained through The Midwifery Institute and completed coursework based on the work of “Taking Charge of Your Fertility,” “It Starts with the Egg,” and “Perfect Hormone Balance for Pregnancy.”

My approach is holistic yet grounded in science. I believe every woman deserves care that is not only technically accurate but also deeply personal and spiritually affirming. I’ve walked with women through loss, hope, and breakthrough — and I’m committed to supporting your journey with integrity, empathy, and unwavering clarity.

This work is sacred to me. I don’t see you as just another client — I see you as a whole person with a story that matters. And I’m here to make sure you feel held, seen, and empowered as you move forward.

How I Support You (Without Replacing Your Doctor)

I am not here to replace your OB-GYN, REI, or primary provider. I help you walk into appointments prepared, informed, and ready to ask the right questions so your care feels clear and collaborative.

My role is to teach body literacy using the Fertility Awareness Method, review your charts, and gently guide you toward helpful labs, nutrition shifts, lifestyle support, or referrals when something seems off. Together we build a plan that is evidence informed, body based, and emotionally steady so you are never navigating this journey alone or overwhelmed by decisions.

How labs fit into your coaching

Labs are facilitated through Evexia with a simple concierge flow. We select markers based on your symptoms and chart patterns, then use results to inform practical next steps. Common markers include AMH, LH, FSH, estradiol, mid-luteal progesterone, prolactin, total and free testosterone, DHEA-S, SHBG, a thyroid panel with TSH and free T4 and free T3, fasting insulin, A1C, CMP, CBC, ferritin, vitamin D 25-OH, a lipid panel, and hs-CRP. Panels are customized to your story and budget.

I do not diagnose or treat. I provide education, coaching, and questions to bring to your medical team if needed.

About FAM accuracy

The Fertility Awareness Method identifies when you are most likely to conceive by tracking real signs like cervical fluid and basal body temperature. Accuracy depends on learning the rules correctly, consistent charting, and understanding special situations like postpartum, coming off hormonal birth control, or irregular cycles. With good instruction and steady practice, FAM can be a reliable way to time intercourse for conception and to understand hormone patterns that may need more care.

I teach FAM as part of coaching and I am not providing medical advice. Your charts plus your lab results give us a clearer picture to discuss with your provider when needed.

Fertility Coaching FAQ

What is the difference between a fertility coach and a doctor?

Doctors diagnose and treat medical conditions. I provide education, FAM chart guidance, accountability, and day to day strategy that often gets overlooked in clinical settings. Our work is personalized and proactive so you can make informed decisions and feel emotionally supported.

Can I work with you if I am seeing a fertility specialist?

Yes. Many clients prepare for IUI or IVF while coaching with me. I help you track your cycle, prep your body, reduce stress, and make sense of your treatment plan between appointments. Your charts and labs often make those appointments more productive.

How accurate is the Fertility Awareness Method for timing conception?

FAM is a skills based system. When you learn the rules correctly, chart consistently, and apply them to your real life, it is a reliable way to identify your fertile window and optimize timing. Factors like postpartum, recent hormonal birth control, PCOS, thyroid shifts, and high stress can change signs, which is why coaching plus labs can be helpful for clarity.

Which labs do you use and how are they paid for?

I facilitate labs through Evexia. We choose a core panel that fits your goals and chart findings. Common markers include AMH, LH, FSH, estradiol, mid-luteal progesterone, prolactin, total and free testosterone, DHEA-S, SHBG, thyroid panel with TSH and free T4 and free T3, fasting insulin, A1C, CMP, CBC, ferritin, vitamin D 25-OH, lipid panel, and hs-CRP. Depending on your package, labs may be an add on or applied against a lab credit. If a chosen panel exceeds the credit, you can pay the difference. If it comes in under, great.

Will you interpret my labs?

I review labs in the context of your charts and symptoms and provide education on what ranges often mean for cycle health. I do not diagnose or treat. If something needs medical evaluation, I will help you prepare questions for your provider and can refer when appropriate.

Is this covered by insurance or HSA or FSA?

I do not bill insurance. HSA and FSA payments are accepted for coaching. Lab payments depend on the panel selected and your package. Always confirm with your plan administrator.

What if I start with one package and want more support later?

You can upgrade any time. Amounts paid apply to your next plan so your care can grow with you.

Before You Leave

Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from knowing everything. It comes from choosing someone who helps you ask the right questions. If your body or your gut whispered yes while reading, you’re already halfway there.
