EDEN & EMBRACE | FERTILITY SUPPORT

What We Do at Eden & Embrace

Our mission is to help you better understand your cycle, hormones, fertility signals, and body patterns — long before investing thousands in advanced treatments. With clear tracking, coaching, and nourishment strategies, we often help women naturally conceive, or at minimum, step confidently into their next step with real insight and preparation.

Fertility treatments can cost $10,000–$30,000+ and take months (or years). Working with a fertility coach beforehand can offer clarity, help you advocate for yourself, and potentially shorten the time to pregnancy — all while reducing emotional overwhelm.

Why Work With a Fertility Coach First?

Most people aren’t taught how their cycles actually work — and it’s costing them clarity, time, and emotional energy. Studies show that up to 50% of fertility issues can be traced to timing, stress, or hormonal imbalances that often go undetected. Working with a fertility coach helps you uncover patterns, interpret your body’s signals, and make evidence-informed decisions before investing in more invasive care.

Whether you're hoping to conceive naturally, preparing for IVF, or feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice online — this work offers clear next steps rooted in body literacy. By starting here, you're building a stronger foundation for whatever comes next.

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Jacqueline — a certified fertility coach, birth and postpartum doula, and the founder of Eden & Embrace. I’ve trained through The Midwifery Institute and completed coursework based on the work of “Taking Charge of Your Fertility,” “It Starts with the Egg,” and “Perfect Hormone Balance for Pregnancy.”

My approach is holistic yet grounded in science. I believe every woman deserves care that is not only technically accurate but also deeply personal and spiritually affirming. I’ve walked with women through loss, hope, and breakthrough — and I’m committed to supporting your journey with integrity, empathy, and unwavering clarity.

This work is sacred to me. I don’t see you as just another client — I see you as a whole person with a story that matters. And I’m here to make sure you feel held, seen, and empowered as you move forward.

Words from women I've supported.

Here’s what some of my fertility, birth, and postpartum clients have shared about their experience with Eden & Embrace.

“Jacqueline’s calm, evidence-based guidance turned my anxiety into confidence. By month two I finally understood my cycle— and by month three I was pregnant.”

— A.M., Northern Virginia

“The Voxer access alone was worth the investment. I felt like I had a compassionate expert in my back pocket.”

— Private Client, West Virginia

“From the personalized supplement plan to the emotional support, every detail was thoughtful and high-end.”

— J.S., Pittsburgh, PA

How I Support You (Without Replacing Your Doctor)

I’m not here to replace your OB-GYN, REI, or primary provider — I’m here to help you walk into those appointments prepared, informed, and empowered to ask the right questions.

My job is to help you interpret your body's signals, track and optimize your cycle, and gently guide you toward helpful labs, nutrition shifts, or referrals if something feels off. Together, we build a strategy that’s body-based, evidence-informed, and emotionally supported — so you’re never navigating this journey alone or overwhelmed by decision fatigue.

Fertility Coaching FAQ

What’s the difference between a fertility coach and a doctor?

Doctors diagnose and treat medical conditions. I guide you through the terrain of cycle awareness, emotional resilience, and daily decision-making that often gets overlooked in clinical settings. Our work is deeply personalized and preventative — it helps you make informed choices long before stepping into a treatment office (or alongside it).

Can I work with you even if I’m seeing a fertility specialist?

Absolutely. Many of my clients are preparing for IUI or IVF and want holistic guidance during that process. I’ll help you track your cycle, prep your body, reduce stress, and make sense of your treatment roadmap with calm, clarity, and support between appointments.

What labs or hormone panels might you recommend?

Depending on your symptoms or goals, I may suggest requesting specific hormone labs (like TSH, AMH, Estradiol, Progesterone, Vitamin D, etc.) from your provider or via a trusted lab service. I’ll help you understand what they mean and how they relate to your cycle health — without diagnosing or replacing medical advice.

Is this covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?

While I do not currently bill insurance directly, HSA and FSA payments are accepted. Always check with your plan administrator to confirm coverage for wellness and fertility-related services.

What if I start with one package and want more support later?

You’re always welcome to upgrade. Any amount you’ve already paid for a package will be credited toward a larger coaching plan. Your care should evolve with you — not hold you back.

Before You Leave

Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from knowing everything. It comes from choosing someone who helps you ask the right questions. If your body or your gut whispered yes while reading, you’re already halfway there.
