Live Text Thread: “Am I Too Late at 36?”

Hey, I just turned 36… be honest — did I miss my window?
Not at all. That whole “your fertility drops off a cliff at 35” thing? It’s based on a study from the 1800s.
Wait — seriously?
Yep. It doesn’t reflect modern healthcare, nutrition, or even the science we have now. Fertility does shift with age — but it’s gradual, not a cliff.
I thought 35 meant my eggs were too old.
It’s more about egg quality than age. And quality can be supported with nutrition, stress care, and the right tools.
So I’m not too late?
You are right on time. And I’d be honored to walk alongside you if you want support.

Live Text Thread: “Do I Really Need IVF?”

My doctor says IVF is probably my only option… is that true?
It depends on a few factors, but many women are told IVF is their only path far too early. It’s not the whole picture — and you deserve more options.
I just feel like I’m being rushed into it…
You’re not alone. There’s a lot that can be explored before or alongside IVF — like cycle tracking, labs, and lifestyle factors that often get skipped.
So I can still try naturally first?
Yes — if that’s your preference, it’s absolutely worth exploring. My role is to help you understand your body and make choices that feel aligned — not pressured.

Live Text Thread: “Everyone Else Is Already a Mom...”

Is it weird that I feel embarrassed? Everyone else is already a mom...
Not weird at all — it’s deeply human. We carry so many quiet expectations about “where we should be” by now.
It’s hard to feel left behind.
I know. But your path isn’t late — it’s yours. And it’s still unfolding in its own powerful, sacred rhythm.
That’s hard to believe sometimes.
I get it. That’s why I hold space for both — the grief and the hope. You’re not late. You’re right on time for your story.

Live Text Thread: “I Don’t Even Know Where to Start with Tracking”

I want to understand my cycle… but I don’t even know where to start.
That’s more common than you think. Most of us were never taught what our body’s signs actually mean — let alone how to read them.
It all feels a little overwhelming.
Totally fair. You don’t have to figure it all out at once. We can go step by step — starting with your body’s language: fluid, temperature, and rhythm.
That actually sounds kind of empowering.
It is. You’re not broken — you’re just learning to listen. And I can teach you how to tune in.

Live Text Thread: “Wait, What Exactly *Is* a Fertility Coach?”

So… what exactly is a fertility coach? Is this, like, legit?
Totally legit. A fertility coach helps you understand your cycle, your body, and your options — especially if you feel lost, pressured, or unsure where to start.
So, like a therapist? Or a doctor?
Not quite — I don’t replace medical care or therapy. I’m here to walk with you *alongside* those things. Think: education, strategy, and emotional support — without overwhelm.
Like helping me track, eat better, understand labs… that stuff?
Exactly. And making sure you don’t go through it alone. I translate what your body is saying and help you feel calm, informed, and supported — from preconception through postpartum.
